Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Starlight Fleet NJ and Starlight Fleet Florida, operated by JJC Boats Inc., we work hard to provide reliable scheduling and reserve space for every customer booking.
Please carefully review the following policy prior to purchasing tickets or reserving trips.
Customer Cancellations
- Non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled: Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is guaranteed at the event.
- No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable.
No-Shows
Customers who fail to arrive before scheduled departure times may be considered no-shows.
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided for missed departures or no-shows.
Weather & Captain Cancellations
- Trips may be canceled, delayed, shortened, or rescheduled due to weather, sea conditions, mechanical issues, minimum passenger requirements, or other safety concerns determined by the captain or management.
- Trips usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but JJC Boats Inc and the Starlight Fleet may cancel the activity up to an hour prior to the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions.
- If JJC Boats Inc cancels a trip, guests may receive:
- A rescheduled trip
- Store or trip credit
- A refund, at management’s discretion
Seasickness & Early Returns
- Refunds are not provided for seasickness, poor weather conditions during the trip, missed catches, shortened participation, or voluntary early departure from a trip.
Fishing & Marine Mammals
- Fish catches cannot be guaranteed.
- If Marine Mammals are sighted on your trip, a Free Pass is issued for a future trip. The Free Pass never expires. Marine Mammals include whales, dolphins, porpoises, or seals. We do not offer refunds. Free Pass holders must make online reservations, subject to availability.
- Ocean conditions and marine activity vary daily.
Gift Cards & Merchandise
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift shop merchandise return eligibility may vary and may require proof of purchase.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers experiencing booking concerns are encouraged to contact our support team directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
We make every effort to resolve customer concerns fairly and professionally.
